We choose not to offer online booking so that we can have a proper conversation with you about your cat’s needs and answer any questions or concerns you have. Our friendly team will be happy to assist - and if you happen to hear a meow or two in the background, that's just our guests saying hi.

To make the booking process even smoother, here are some pro tips to consider before you call:

1) Bookings with as much notice as possible will help secure a suite for your cat. Peak periods fill up quickly so the more notice you can give, the better! If you don’t have exact dates, that’s totally fine - just let us know if either end is ‘TBC’.

2) What suite size would suit best? Picking the right option is important for both your cat’s happiness and your budget. If unsure, talk to our team and we can advise what would work best, based on the length of stay and how many cats you are boarding.

3) Dietary or medical requirements? Let us know if your puss has any, so we can cater to their needs.

  • Offer cannot be redeemed for any booking incorporating the blackout periods: 24/12/2024-5/1/2025, 18/04/2025 - 21/04/2025.

  • The maximum discount value is capped at $300.

  • Discount applies to new clients on their first booking. If multiple bookings are made, the discount will be applied to the pet’s first stay at the cattery.
